Yes. Our team transfers your products to Devexa. Orders, customers, and history from your previous platform are not included in this transfer.

With the Pixel configured, Purchase fires when the order is created. With a CAPI token and server sending enabled, the new COD order is also queued for a server send. This confirms neither delivery nor payment collection.
Yes, if the Meta integration and server sending are enabled with a Pixel ID and a CAPI token. Purchase is queued when a COD order is created or after a verified card payment; InitiateCheckout, when checkout or quick buy starts. Receipt and deduplication still need checking in Events Manager.
Devexa does not charge a percentage commission. The no-subscription plan costs 0.500 TND per order received through your storefront. Essential and Pro have no per-order fees. Any fees from your carrier or payment provider remain separate.
Yes. Choose NAVEX, LINX, First Delivery, Colissimo TN, Fparcel, Aramex Tunisia, Droppex, Intigo, Kolixy, TLC Groupe or My Colis. We prepare the connection during setup, subject to your carrier agreement. You can also add another carrier manually.
Yes. ClicToPay is our primary solution. You can also choose Konnect, Paymee, Flouci or Stripe. We prepare the connection during setup, once your merchant account is approved and subject to the provider’s terms. Cash on delivery remains available.
Yes. Prepaid credits fund the no-subscription plan: 12.500 TND covers 25 orders received. Credits do not expire. There is no automatic welcome credit. If your balance goes negative, checkout keeps accepting orders and fees keep accumulating; your next top-up clears the amount owed first.
Initial store setup, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) setup are free on all three plans. Your advertising budget remains your responsibility.
On the no-subscription plan, each order received through your storefront is charged once, even if you later cancel, refuse, or delete it. Our team credits verified spam, duplicate, and test orders after review.
Pay in cash or by bank transfer to our RIB. Our team verifies the funds before confirming payment. A bank transfer receipt alone does not confirm that funds have arrived.
